1. You had previously gone to his hotel room, one-on-one, shared a bottle of wine, and had an intimate non-work conversation.

2. You invited a group of people into your home. The most personal, intimate space possible (do you not think to ever have meetings in offices?) and you drank too much. You blame him for refilling your glass, but you’re the one who drank.

He should not have touched you, but I hardly think this is “assault.” You are not a victim. You made bad decisions. If you want to be treated professionally, act professionally. Meet in legitimate places and don’t get drunk.
